Product & Services Purchased without Contract are subject to a 3 day return policy, if Product or Service isn't received. Anything after 30 days is NON-REFUNDABLE, even if product wasn't received and is up the owner to determine timeline and if refund can be approved. If all emails and data requested from client wasn't received and work was done in a timely matter, refund is unavailable to the customer. All Sales are final after 30 days.
